广州增城-广南电网安全稳定控制系统

摘要 针对广州电网在新的分区方式和电网结构下的安全稳定运行问题,通过对广州中东部电网安全稳定性的研究给出了相应的控制措施。首先对广州中东部电网重要断面和相关500 kV和220 kV主变母线、线路进行了短路电流校核,找出了系统安全稳定运行的薄弱环节,进而提出了相应的安全稳定控制策略,并通过组建增城-广南安全稳定控制系统实现了相应的控制功能。结果表明,安全稳定控制系统能够以较小的代价保证系统严重故障后的安全稳定运行,提高了广州电网供电能力和抵御电网严重事故的能力。 With the stability problem in new division and structure of Guangzhou power grid, a stability control measure through the study on security of middle--east power grid of Guangzhou was given. Based on checking the short-circuit current of the important section and the relevant 500 kV and 220 kV transformer bus or line of the system, weak points in stability were found out, and the corresponding security and stability control strategy was proposed. Then a security and stability control system was created to realize the control function. Results show that the security and stability control system may guarantee the security management with less cost, which can improve the power supply ability and the ability of resisting serious accidents of the Guangzhou power grid.
