重症监护病房医院感染嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌的耐药性 被引量:2

Drug Resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia Causing Nosocomial Infection in Intensive Care Unit

摘要 目的调查重症监护病房(ICU)患者医院感染嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(SMA)的耐药现状,为临床医师合理用药提供试验依据。方法细菌培养和菌株鉴定严格按《全国临床检验操作规程》进行;采用K-B法进行药敏试验,依据CLSI 2007-2009年折点判读结果;数据处理应用WHONET5.4软件分析。结果 124株嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌对CLSI推荐的4种抗菌药物耐药率结果显示,SMA对亚胺培南耐药率为100.0%;对左氧氟沙星、米诺环素、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶耐药率分别是27.4%、20.2%、15.3%。结论嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌具有天然的广谱耐药特性,ICU医护人员应对其加强监测与防范,遏制SMA医院感染暴发流行。 OBJECTIVE To investigate drug resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia causing nosocomial infections in intensive care unit (ICU) and provide the experimental evidence for clinically reasonable use of antibiotics. METHODS The strains were cultured and identified according to National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Operation Procedures. The antibiotic susceptibility testing was performed by K-B method and the results were assessed according to CLSI2007-2009 break point. WHONET 5. 4 software was adopted to analyze the data. RESULTS The four antimicrobial sensitivity tests recommended by CLSI for 124 S. maltophilia indicated that the resistance rate of SMA to imipenem was 100. 0% and the resistance rates to levofioxacin, minoeycline and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole were 27.4%, 20.2 % and 15.3%, respectively. CONCLUSION SMA possesses the natural broad spectrum resistance. The medical staff in ICU should monitor and prevent the outbreak and prevalence of nosocomial infections caused by SMA.
