摘要
目的探讨临床常见的3种不发酵糖革兰阴性杆菌对抗菌药物的耐药现状,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法回顾性调查铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)、鲍氏不动杆菌(ABA)、嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(SMA)医院感染现状及耐药性。结果 PAE和ABA对碳青酶烯类抗菌药物和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率较低(17.0%~22.9%);SMA对亚胺培南100.0%耐药,PAE对磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶、庆大霉素、头孢噻肟、哌拉西林的耐药率均>40.0%;ABA对抗菌药物的耐药率已普遍高于PAE。结论不发酵糖革兰阴性杆菌的耐药性已非常严重,应采取有效的监控措施。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the drug-resistance status of three commonly isolated Gram-negative nonfermenters and offer the scientific evidence for reasonable application of antibiotics.METHODS The nosocomial infections status and drug-resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE),Acinetobacter baumannii(ABA) and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia(SMA) were investigated retrospectively.RESULTS The drug-resistance rates of PAE and ABA were low,17.0-22.9% to carbapenems and cefoperazone/sulbactam.100.0% of SMA were resistant to imipenem.The drug-resistance rate of PAE to trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole,gentamicin,cefotaxime and piperacillin was all above 40.0%.The drug-resistance rates of ABA were generally higher than those of PAE.CONCLUSIONS The drug-resistance in nonfermenters is very serious.The monitoring measures should be adopted.
