摘要
2型糖尿病（T2DM）发病的中心环节是糖代谢紊乱，同时脂肪代谢也出现异常。本文通过观察联合应用藻酸双脂钠和非诺贝特治疗T2DM合并严重高甘油三酯（TG）血症患者的临床疗效，探讨其对血脂及胰岛素抵抗的影响。
