摘要
在分析煤炭企业发展循环经济的现状,并建立煤炭企业循环经济评价指标原则的基础上,设计了煤炭企业循环经济评价指标体系,它包括经济发展、资源利用、社会发展及循环系统4个准则层和22个指标。充分考虑了各种循环经济评价方法和煤炭企业的特点,构建了煤炭企业循环经济的模糊关联评价模型,并以实际验证了评价方法的有效性和准确性。
After analyzing the current situation of recycling economy in coal enterprises and establishing the principle of evaluation indexes for recycling economy in coal enterprises,an evaluation index system is estab-lished.It includes four criterion levels（economy development,resource utilization,social development and recycling system）and twenty-two indexes.Considering various evaluation methods for recycling economy and features of coal enterprises,a fussy association evaluation model for recycling economy in coal enterprises is established,and the model proves to be effective and correct with a case study.
