摘要
本文对评价体系的功能、指标设置原则和评价流程进行了简单的叙述。在此基础上,结合相关的参考文献,从矿产资源指数、生态环境指数、安全指数、经济指数和社会指数等五个方面,从矿产资源、生态环境、安全、经济与社会五大系统共选取33个量化指标,构建了煤炭城市循环经济发展的综合评价指标体系。
The functions,principles of setting up index and evaluation flow are briefed in the paper.Combined with relevant materials,33 quantitative indexes are employed to set up an comprehensive evaluation system of coal city circular economy development from 5 aspects of mining resource index,ecology environment index,safety index,economy index and society index and from 5 major systems of mining resource,ecology environment,safety,economy and society.
