镍钛形状记忆合金棒治疗脊柱侧弯 被引量:1

摘要 镍钛形状记忆合金棒是一种具有形状记忆效应、强度高及组织相容性好的新型矫形材料。1986年以来,我科应用此种合金棒对13例不同类型的脊柱侧弯患者进行了治疗。收到满意效果。本组病例术前主弯角为40°~116°(Cobb′s)。其中4例伴有下肢麻木无力,1例患胸背部广泛性神经纤维瘤病。术后主弯角矫正率70~100%、平均85.13%、身高增加5~9厘米。仅一例固定钢丝有部分撕脱。 Shape memory stick of nickel-titanium alloy is a new kind of orthopedic material which has the effect of shape memory, high strength and gets along well with body tissues. Sinee 1986, the alloy stick has been applied in 13 patients who had different types of scoliosis and good results have been achieved. In all the patients, the chief angle of the scoliosis (By using cobb's method) before moperation was 40°-116°, 4 of them also had numb and weak legs and one also had extensive neurofibromatosis in the thorax and the back. The orthotic rate was 70-100%, with an average of 85.13%. The height of the patients was increased by 5-9 cm. Only in one patient, there occurred partial tearing and dislocation of the fixing steel wire.
