摘要
监测43例脑内血肿术后患者进行光量子治疗后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血栓素B2(TXB2)和前列腺环素I2(PGI2)的动态变化。结果表明:脑内血肿术后患者随着光量子治疗时间的延长,其血清SOD含量递增(P<0.001),PGI2含量递增(P<0.01),而TXB2含量则递减(P<0.001)。胞内血肿术后进行光量子治疗能清除自由基,降低TXB2/PGIZ比值,减轻脑血管痉挛,增加脑血流量,从而提高手术疗效。
In this article we report the dynamic change of the serum contents of SOD TXB, and PGI2,with the Uitraviolet Blood Irradiation and Oxygenation (UBIO) therapy on 43 postoperative patients of intracerebral hematomas The result shows that: as the time prolonged, the patlents serum contents of SOD increase gradually (P < 0. 001),those of PGI2, increase gradually (P < 0.01) and those of TXB2, decrease gradually (P<0.001)' Conclusion: the UBIO therapy on the postoperative intracerebralhematomas can eliminate free radical, decrease the ratio of the serum TXB2/ PGI2, relax cerebral vasospasm, enhance cerebral blood flow volume and improve operation curative effect
