摘要
应用＾３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法研究脑灵素对淋巴细胞及Ｋ５６２细胞ＤＮＡ合成的影响。结果表明，脑灵素对肿瘤细胞有抑制合成的作用，使＾３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入率下降，其下降程度与其浓度有关；而对正常巴细胞掺入功能不表现增强或抑制作用。
Effects of cerebrolysin on lymphocytes and K 562 cells were studied by using ~3H-TdR incorporation.Results of ecperiments show that cerebrolysin plays a role in inhibition of synthesis of tumor cells.It was indicated that ~3H-TdR incorporation value decreased,and the degree of decreasing is in relation with the concentration of cerebrolysin added.The result also showed that no enhancing or inhibiting effects on normal lymphocytes was observed.
