摘要
本文根据眼部烧伤分度标准和国际上广泛采用的biughes分类法，对21颗眼角膜烧伤采用MEBT／MEBO治疗，打破了传统医学认为眼科治疗关于前弹力层及其实质层损伤后不能再生的传统观念，使21颗眼视力全部恢复到治疗前的水平，创造了中西医结合治疗眼角膜中、重度烧伤的美好前景。
21 eyes with corneal burn were treated with MEBO. The results were very satisfac-The Chinese Journal of Burns Wounds & Surface Ulcers 3/1999tory. It breaks away from the coriventional idea that lamina elastica anterior and parenchyma of theeyes after injured could not regenerate. All the 21 eyes had their visual acuity completely recovered.This provides a method of integrated Chinese and western medicine for treating corneal burns.
