摘要
本文通过实验观察,记述并讨论了厦门港球型侧腕水母的摄食行为、摄食机制和饵料动物的组成以及该水母摄食率与各种饵料动物密度的关系,并估计了它对对虾育苗业潜在的危害程度。
Pleurobrachia globosa feeds on many kinds of zooplanktoa in the laboratory, its ingestion rate to nauplius of Artemia salina, Temora discaulation, Acartia pacifica and mysis to post larvae of Penaeus penicillatus linerly related to food density. Its ingestion rate to Labidocera euchaeta is the largest when the food density is 20—30ind./Land then decreases in increasing food density. P. globosa is potentially harmful to cultivation of Penaeus larvae. P. penicillatus in a dersity of 10~5 ind./m^3,P. globosa in density of 100 ind./m^3, may consume 4.5% of the larvae.
