摘要
本文描述了数控车床微机图形数控编程ＧＮＣ（ＧｒａｐｈｉｃａｌＮｕｍｂｅｒｉｃａｌＣｏｎｔｒｏｌ）系统。分析了零件几何信息的输入及自动生成零件的几何图形，提出了一种非圆曲线的变间距直线逼近法，系统能进行动态模拟加工并自动生成数控车床的Ｇ／Ｍ代码。
This paper describes a microcomputer GNC (Graphical Numberical Control) system of NC lathe. It discusses input of geometrical information and automatical producing of geometrical figures.It proposes line close method of changing distance about non-circular curves.The system can simulate dynamically NC machining process and produce the post-process program of NC lathe.
