摘要
目的:观察苍耳子熏洗治疗炎性痔的临床疗效。方法:治疗组采用苍耳子50克煎水熏洗炎性痔,对照组用1﹕5000高锰酸钾液坐浴。连续治疗3天后,观察肛门疼痛等症状的缓解情况、肛缘水肿、血栓肿块的消退程度以及内痔脱出嵌顿的回缩程度作出临床疗效评定。结果:治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效54.5%,治疗组明显优于对照组(t=3.2905,P<0.001)。结论:苍耳子具有良好的消肿止痛、抗炎、修复作用,能迅速消除炎性痔的症状与体征,具有简、便、廉的治疗特色。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating inflammatory hemorrhoids with xanthium fumigation. Methods： the treatment group use 50g of water cooked with xanthium to fumigate inflammatory hemorrhoids. Control group with 1 ： 5000 potassium permanganate solution to wash. Treatment for consecutive 3 days, observe remission of anal pain and other symptoms, degree of improvement of anal margin of edema, tumor thrombus and assess clinical efficacy through retraction degree of hemorrhoids prolapse incarceration. Result： The total effective rate was 96% in the treatment, the control group was 54.5%, the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group （t=-3.2905, P〈0.001）. Conclusion： Xanthium had good effect of elimination of swelling and reduction of pain, inflammation, remediation, can quickly eliminate to the rapid symptoms and signs of inflammatory hemorrhoids with a simple, convenient, cheaper treatment characteristics
