摘要
阐明了新疆俄语教学的历史以及办学特点，针对新疆俄语教学的现状及存在的问题，从五个方面探讨了新疆高校零起点俄语教学的人才培养方案。
For students with no previous experience of learning Russian and students who have learned it a bit in high schools there is a great gap between them, And the gap poses a challenge to the teacher＇s knowledge structure and teaching methods and materials used. Russian majors in Xinjiang should be given some targeted and operational measures in the language course since they are starting from the very beginning and know nothing about Russian language.
