摘要
为探讨中药活骨汤治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效及对血脂、血流变学的影响，以活骨汤为主治疗股骨头缺血性坏死患者（激素或酒精性）５２ 例，３ 个月为１ 疗程，系统观察了治疗后功能、症状、Ｘ线表现及血脂、血液流变学的改善情况。结果显示，治疗后总有效率为８２．６％ 。
To study the clinical therapeutic effect of “ZHONGYAO HUOGU TANG” (ZHT, TCD Decoction for Activating the Bone) on ischemic necrosis of femoral head and its influence on blood lipid and blood rheology, 52 cases of (alcoholic or hormonal) ischemic necrosis of femoral head were treated mainly by ZHT, taking 3 month treatment as one course of treatment. The posttherapeutic function, symptoms, radiological findings and the improvement of the blood lipid and blood rheology were systematically observed. The results showed that the posttherapeutic total effective rate reached 82.6 % and both blood lipid and blood rheology were significantly improved.
