摘要
目的 分析广东籍汉族人ＳＬＥ患者补体第４ 成分Ｃ４ 的遗传多态性。方法 采用国际参考实验室的方法及计算机凝胶图像光密度分析系统，检测了４５ 例广东籍汉族人ＳＬＥ 患者和７８ 例广东籍汉族正常人Ｃ４ 同种异型及Ｃ４ 零基因。结果 广东籍汉族人ＳＬＥ患者补体Ｃ４ 的Ｃ４ Ａ＊ ４、Ｃ４ Ｂ＊ ２ 的基因频率显著低于正常对照组（ Ｐ ＜ ０－０１） ，Ｃ４ Ｂ＊ Ｑ０ 、Ｃ４ Ａ＊ Ｑ０ 的基因频率则显著高于正常对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１） 。结论 广东籍汉族人ＳＬＥ 患者补体Ｃ４
Objective To analyse the genetic polymorphism of complment C 4 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in Hans in Guangdong.Methods We examined C 4 allitypic gene especially the C 4 null alleles of 45 patients with SLE in Hans in Guangdong and 78 matched controls,using the methods of the Interational Reference Lab oratory and computer gel documentation analysis system.Results The gene frequency of C 4 B *2 in patients with SLE is significantly lower than that in normal controls (P<0.01) and the gene frequency of C 4 A*Q0 in patients with SLE is significantly higher than that in normal controls(P<0.01).Conclusions There is significant difference in genetic polymorphism of complement C 4 between patients with SLE and normal controls in Hans in Guangdong.
