摘要
利用扫描电镜观察了人工感染毁灭泰泽球虫后北京鸭空肠粘膜的形态学变化。正常北京鸭的空肠主要由宽抹刀形的绒毛组成,绒毛表面含有多角形的吸收细胞、杯状细胞的开口及水平缝隙。毁灭泰泽球虫所引起肠粘膜的广泛性损伤,主要显现为肠绒毛断裂,暴露出固有膜的结缔组织,绒毛上皮退化或崩解。病变严重时,绒毛和绒毛上皮的结构完全消失。在绒毛上皮和组织屑中观察到裂殖体、裂殖子、配子体、配子和卵囊。
The morphology of the jejunal mueosal surface of Pekin duck infected with Tyzzeria perniciosa was studied on days 1-6 postinfection and compared with that of the nomal jejunum by using the scanning electron microscopy.The nomal jejunum mainly consisted of broad spatulate-shaped villi with the regular polygo- nal absorptive cells,the goblet cell mouths and the horizontally-arranged clefs. The extensive mucosal damage caused by T.perniciosa was observed and revealed villi truncatad,exposing the connective tissue of the lamina propria,and the villar epithelia ruptured.In the most severe lesion,the villar epithelia and villi were completely destroyed.Schizonts,merozoites,gametocytes,gametes and oocysts were observed in both the villar epithelia and tissue debris of the infected birds
