摘要
控制论是２０ 世纪诞生的新学科，其产生由三方面因素所决定：科学理论的准备、哲学思潮的导向及社会的需求。通过对控制论产生的社会、历史、文化诱因的分析，可以发现，中国需要造就一个促进文化、科技全面繁荣发展的社会氛围，形成一个好的社会软环境。只有开放的文化环境才是新思想创造、产生的沃土。
Control theory emerging in the 20th century is a new subject.Its appearance was caused by three aspects of factors:the preparation of scientific theory,the guide of philosophical trend and the demands of society.Through the analysis of induced causes of society,history and culture of Control theory emerging,it can be seen that China needs to bring up a good social soft environment to promote the development of culture,science and technology.Open cultural environment is the fertile soil of the creating of new thoughts.
