摘要
目的:对样品前处理条件和仪器分析条件进行优化研究,建立食品中富马酸二甲酯残留的气相色谱检测方法。方法:采用匀浆提取,中性氧化铝净化,毛细管柱气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器检测,并对检测中的阳性样品,用GC-MS方法进行确证实验。结果:该方法在1μg/m l^100μg/m l范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,加标回收率为90.8%~99.8%,最低检测限为2 mg/kg。结论:该方法准确可靠,操作简便,在食品样品检测中具有实际应用意义。
Objective:To study and develop the method of sample pre-treatment and determination of dimethyl fumarate residues in foods by GC-FID.Methods:Homogenate extraction and neutral alumina purification were used in sample pre-treatment.Dimethyl fumarate in foods was determined by GC-FID and also GC-MS method was developed and performed to validate the positive samples.Results:Dimethyl fumarate showed a good linear relationship in a range of 1 μg/ml^100 μg/ml,the correlation coeficients was 0.9999,the recovery rate was 90.8%~99.8% and the detection limit of this method was 2 mg/kg.Conclusion:The results of this method are accurate and reliable and operation is simple and quick.The method can be absolutely applied in the determination of dimethyl fumarate residues in foods.
