摘要
肌肉疲劳产生过程中,肌电图的振幅和频谱指标均会产生相应变化。但肌电图变化情况与测试方法的选择和运动方式密切相关。表面肌电图作为一种无创检测方法,在运动性肌肉疲劳研究中将发挥重要作用。
The amplitude and power spectrum of EMG will change while muscle fatigue will develop.However,the change of EMG is corelative with the methods and of measurements and the types of exercise.As an universive testing technique,surface EMG will play an important role in studying athletic muscle fatigue.
