摘要
目的:分析昌宁县餐饮具卫生质量状况。方法:收集2005-2010年昌宁县餐饮具消毒卫生监测检验资料,对结果进行统计分析。结果:昌宁县餐饮业餐饮具消毒卫生质量监测检验合格率在75.22%~78.30%之间,总合格率为76.83%。采用物理消毒方法的效果好于化学药物消毒。流水式冲洗即用法合格率最低,仅为58.30%。结论:须进一步提高物理消毒的比例,改善餐饮具卫生监督管理和监测检验方法。特别应加强对当地的婚庆、丧宴等大型集中式请客的管理,改变陋习,大力提倡使用消毒合格的餐饮具。
Objective:To analyze the changning tableware health quality status.Methods: We collected during 2005-2010 chang ning tableware disinfectant sanitation monitoring inspection material,conducts a statistical analysis of the results.Results: changning catering tableware disinfection sanitary quality monitoring inspection qualified 75.22%-in 78.30% between,the total rate of 76.83%.The use of physical disinfection method of good effect in chemical drug disinfection.Water wash namely usage rate lowest type,only for 58.30%.Conclusion: It should improve the proportion of physical disinfection tableware hygiene supervision and management,improve and monitoring of the testing method.Eespecially it should strengthen local wedding banquet,funerals and other large centralized treat management,change vices,energetically advocate sterile qualified tableware.
