摘要
目的:调查成都地区健康人群中外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型分布,建立该地区淋巴细胞免疫表型正常值参考范围。方法:使用流式细胞术对112例健康人群外周血中各淋巴细胞亚群免疫表型检测并分析结果,运用SPASS17.0进行统计学分析,确定各淋巴细胞亚群正常值参考范围。结果:成都地区30岁～50岁健康人群外周血淋巴细胞亚群正常值参考范围为:CD3^+CD19^-,33%～86%;CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+,7%～38%;CD3^+CD4^+CD8^-,12%～63%;CD3^-CD19^+,2%～19%;CD3-CD(16+56)^+,6%～43%。结论:建立了成都地区健康中青年人群外周血中各淋巴细胞亚群免疫表型正常值参考范围,为分析和研究机体细胞免疫状态及肿瘤、免疫性疾病的预防提供了参考依据。
Objective： To enumerate the percentages of healthy adults lymphocyte subsets in whole blood from Chengdu areas and establish the reference range for normal values of lymphocyte subsets. Methods： The whole blood of 112 healthy adults were collected and measured by flow cytometry. The statistical analysis of the results were performed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results： The reference range of the normal values of CD3 ＋ CD19 - , CD3 ＋ CD4 - CD8 ＋ , CD3 ＋ CD4 ＋ CD8 - , CD3 - CD19 ＋ , CD3 - CD （ 16 ＋ 56 ） ＋ in healthy adults were 33% - 86%, 7% ~ 38% ,12% ~ 63% ,2% - 19% and 6% - 43% respectively. Conclusion： The study established reference range for normal values of lymphocyte subsets in healthy adults in the Chengdu areas and provided the basis for study and analysis on the cellular immunity condition of organism.
