摘要
对直接紫外分光光度法测定与4-氨基安替比啉显色分光光度法测定VB6的方法进行了比较研究。4-氨基安替比啉显色分光光度法以VB6为标准品,4-氨基安替比啉作显色剂,在394nm波长下测定;直接紫外分光光度法以VB6为标准品,在291nm波长下测定。结果表明:直接紫外分光光度法测定食用品中VB6相对简便快速,是一种较理想的测定方法。
The comparison of Vitamin B6by Direct-UV Spectrophotometry and 4-aminoantipyrine morpholine colorimetry was studied in this paper,In the way of 4-aminoantipyrine morpholine colorimetry,the test was carried out at the wave-length of 394nm,and Vitamin B6 was used as the standard and 4-aminoantipyrine morpholine was the chromogenic agent.In Direct-UV Spectrophotometry,the wave-length was 291nm,and Vitamin B6was the standard.The result showed that Direct-UV Spectrophotometry is comparatively simple and fast.Therefore,it is a better method for the determination of Vitamin B6.
