摘要 文章建立了薄层色谱-紫外可见分光光度法测定不同辣椒制品中苏丹红Ⅰ号的分析方法。方法的线性回归方程为:A=0.00583+0.15105ρ,在0.50~10.0μg/mL之间,苏丹红Ⅰ号的浓度与吸光度之间呈线性关系,相关系数R=0.9992,检出限为0.05μg/mL。测定结果表明,该法灵敏度高,准确度好,而且操作简便,适用于日常食品中苏丹红Ⅰ号的测定。 The paper set up an analysis method, using thin-layer chromatography-UV-visible spectrophotometric determination of sudan No. I in different pepper products. The linear regression equation was: A=0.00583 +0.15105 p, between 0.50 and 10.0 μg/mL, sudan No. I's concentration and absorbance was a linear relationship; the correlation coefficient R=0.9992, detection limit was 0.05 μg/mL. The results showed that the method was of high sensitivity, good accuracy and easy operation for the determination of sudan No. I in our daily food.
