摘要
从我国已建成的许多医院洁净手术室的使用实际来看，手术室设计在很大程度上受到工业洁净室技术的影响，一些具体的设计思路和方法值得商榷。本文从洁净手术室污染控制思路、目的和措施三方面进行讨论，认为应该强调手术室细菌控制的综合措施，减少感染风险，不应该片面强调净化级别。提倡以经济有效的方法实施手术室洁净送风系统，才能使我国医院洁净手术室建设得以健康发展。
