摘要
为了探讨不同渗透压对小鼠冻融早期胚胎凋亡的影响,试验采用彗星电泳法检测冻融早期胚胎的凋亡情况。结果表明:随着渗透压的增加,凋亡比率逐渐增大,染色质降解严重。说明高渗与小鼠冻融早期胚胎的凋亡程度密切相关,适当降低渗透压可减少对DNA完整性的损坏,还有利于小鼠早期胚胎发育。
To discuss the different effects of osmotic pressure on apoptosis of early embryos freeze-thawed in mouse,comet assay was adopted to collect the information of early embryos freeze-thawed.The ratio of apoptosis gradually increased with the increase of osmotic pressure,the chromatin was seriously degraded.The results showed that high osmolarity was closely related to the apoptosis level of early embryo freeze-thawed in mouse.Appropriate lower osmolarity can reduce damage to DNA integrity,and also facilitates early embryonic development in mouse.
