摘要
在实地调查广州５９个路段，共３９４５０ｍ长骑楼街的基础上，指出广州骑楼街的５种分布特征：（１）西部多，东部少；（２）集中在老城区，以越秀区最多；（３）东西向骑楼街多，南北向少；（４）珠江以北骑楼街多，以南少；（５）骑楼饰面风格存在空间递交规律。按照骑楼的建设时期、连续性、完整性以及建筑质量、艺术价值等标准对验楼街进行了分类，并提出保护与改建骑楼街的初步建议。
39,450 meter-long arcade street is distributed into 59 street sections in all in Guangzhou and with 5 kinds of characteristics: 1.there is more in the west part, less in the east; 2. They are concentrated in the old town, especially in Yuexiu district; 3,there are more in eastwest direction and less in south-north direction; 4.there are more in the north and less in the south of Pearl forer, 5.the style of shop decoration is different with bine passing on. This paper put forward some suggestions tp protect and redevelop the arcade street based on its individual kind, its art value, building quality in accordance with the Period of construction, continuity and completion.
