摘要
高职院校教师队伍是高职教育的重要组成部分,是实现高职教育培养目标的关键要素。高职教育在人才培养、教学内容、教学环节、办学模式等方面具有自己的特点,高职教师要依据高职教育的不同特点,担当好知识传授者,技能实践者,教育教学研究者,课程设计者、开发者,社会联系者,终身学习者等多重职业角色。
Teaching staff is an important part of higher vocational education. And it is also the key factor to realize training aim. This paper analyses characteristics of higher vocational education in these aspects: talent cultivation, teaching content, teaching link and school--running model. On the basis, the paper puts forward a suggestion that higher vocational teacher should have many professional roles, such as initiator of knowledge, practitioner of skill, researcher of education, designer of curriculum, linker of society and lifelong learner.
