摘要
文章阐述在知识经济社会里 ,每个人必须成为终身学习者才能适应需要而生存。教育的使命是要建立学习化社会。这一切给成人高等教育的发展带来了机遇,只有抓住机遇,树立开放性的发展战略,进行全方位的教育改革,建立一支学习型管理队伍。
This paper outlines in a knowledge-based economy, life-long learning will be essential to the survival of everyone. One of the educational missions is to set up a learning society. This brings an opportunity to a further development of adult education. The author argues that adult education professionals should in no time take the opportunity, cherish the opening-up development strategies, carry out an overall educational reform and build up a learning-oriented management force to fulfil the sacred mission.
