目的 探讨 N G硝基 L精氨酸( L N N A) 对沙土鼠海马区c G M P 合成的影响。方法 钳夹沙土鼠的双侧颈总动脉制造脑缺血模型,应用免疫荧光法染色。结果 L N N A 能抑制海马区c G M P 的合成。结论 L N N A 是一氧化氮合酶强有力的抑制剂,从而抑制了 N O 的产生及其介导的c G M
AIM To observe the influence of L NNA on hippocampal cGMP production after recirculation following ischemia. METHODS Both vessels occlusion and immunofluorescent methods in gerbil hippocampal tissue slices incubated in vitro were used. RESULTS Recirculation following ischemia leads to a rise in hippocampal cGMP concentration. cGMP positive cells mainly distributed in rediatum layer and molecullar in the CA 1 subfield, L NNA decreased cGMP synthesis. L NNA was a strong NOS inhibitor. CONCLUSION The role of endogenous NO mediating cGMP synthesis is inhibited by L NNA.
