摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT在重复肾输尿管畸形中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析18例重复肾输尿管畸形的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现及诊断,18例重复肾输尿管畸形,全部行MSCT平扫、增强扫描及延迟扫描,全部病例均行多层螺旋CT尿路成像。结果 18例重复肾输尿管畸形,双侧重复肾3例(双侧完全性重复肾2例,1例右侧为完全重复肾,左侧为不完全重复肾),单侧15例(右侧5例,左侧10例),其中完全性重复肾12例,不完全重复肾6例;13例合并重复肾输尿管积液,3例合并感染,2例合并输尿管结石。13例均行手术治疗,手术及病理所见与CT检查结果相符。结论 MSCT可全面、清楚、直观地观察肾脏、输尿管病变,并可从CT尿路成像图像上立体观察,对临床选择治疗方案、制定手术路径具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the duplex kidney ureter deformity.Methods 18 cases of duplex kidney ureter deformity Multi-slice CT（MSCT） manifestation and diagnosis were retrospectivly analyzed.All cases underwent MSCT scanning,contrast-enhanced scanning,delayed scanning and underwent multi-slice spiral CT urinary imaging.Results In 18 patients duplex kidney ureter deformity,there were 3 cases of bilateral duplex kidney（bilateral complete duplex kidney in 2 cases,1 case of the right side of complete duplex the kidney,the left kidney was not completely duplicate）,15 cases of unilateral（on the right 5 cases,left 10 cases）,12 cases of complete duplex kidney,6 cases of incomplete duplex kidney,13 cases of duplex kidney hydroureter,3 cases of infection,2 cases of ureteral calculus,13 patients underwent operative therapy,operation and pathological findings consistent with the CT findings.Conclusion MSCT can clearly,comprehensivly display the kidney and ureter lesion and urography image observation.It has great value to select clinical treatment scenario and operational path to formulate.
