摘要
目的探讨G5振动排痰机应用于社区获得性肺炎的治疗效果。方法将105例社区获得性肺炎患者随机分成2组,治疗组50例,对照组55例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上配合使用G5振动排痰机叩击背部和前胸部促进排痰,而对照组只采用常规治疗和人手叩击背部排痰法。观察2组从接受排痰治疗至咳痰症状消失时间以及X线胸片浸润阴影吸收情况。结果治疗组在咳痰症状消失时间以及X线胸片浸润阴影吸收情况方面明显优于对照组,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用G5振动排痰机治疗社区获得性肺炎协助排痰效果显著,能加快肺部渗出的吸收,减少抗生素的应用,降低治疗费用,缩短疗程,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of G5 percussive mobilizer in treatment for community acquired pneumonia.Methods 105 patients with community acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group（50 cases） and control group（55 cases）.The treatment group were treated with G5 percussive mobilizer based on traditional methods,and the control group were treated with knock expectoration based on traditional methods.The time of sputum disappear and effect of chest X-Ray were observed.Results The time of sputum disappear and effect of chest X-Ray changes of the treatment group has significant difference compared with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion G5 percussive mobilizer had significant effect in assisting expectoration in patients with community acquired pneumonia,which can help to speed up the assimilation of pneumonia,reduce antiphlogistic,reduce the inpatient days and costs.It＇s worthy to be popularized.
