摘要
目的探讨C5振动排痰机在呼吸衰竭时支气管净化治疗的应用价值。方法将76例呼吸衰竭患者随机分成对照组和治疗组各38例。治疗组采用美国生产的G5振动排痰机行支气管净化治疗；对照组应用手工叩背等传统方法行支气管净化治疗。观察两组治疗前后血气分析、胸片、双肺呼吸音、痰量、患者自己感觉等变化。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率（有效31例，占81．6％）及血气分析、胸片、双肺呼吸音等较对照组（有效23例，占60．5％）差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论G5振动排痰机能快速、有效清除支气管分泌物，改善通气和氧合功能，是一种安全、有效和可操作性的支气管净化治疗的新方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of （;5 Percussive Mobilizer in respiratory failure. Methods 76 patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into the treatment group （38 cases） and control group （38 cases）. The treatment group were treated with G5 Percussive Mobilizer made in America, and the control group were treated with knock expectoration. The daily sputum volume, clinical symptoms, thoracic signs and arterial blood gas analysis changes were observed. Results The daily sputum volume, clinical symptoms, thoracic signs and arterial blood gas analysis changes of the treatment group （31 eases effective, 8 I. 6% ） has significant difference compared with the control group （23 eases effective,60.5% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion （;5 Percussive Mobilizer can eliminate the bronchial secretion rapidly and effectively, and it can help improve the ventilation and oxygenation function. It is safe, effective and easy to practice in bronchial purification treatment.
