摘要
学术研究的特点决定了研究活动以前人文献的搜集与整理为前提。参考文献引证的整体质量,既成为评价生态学术质量的一种工具,也因此是生态学术质量的现实写照。不过,参考文献引证的复杂性以及基于参考文献数量统计的各种评价指标的局限性,致使评价的合理程度与可信程度受到了限制,进而引发普遍质疑。要改变这种现状着实困难,目前应在引证著录、审读编辑和质量评价三个直接环节上做些调整,其中研究主体充分自觉的学术研究行为——保证引证的合理性与有效性是首要前提与根本途径,完善基于参考文献准确引证与科学统计的评价体系是基本要求。
The characteristics of academic research determine that the research activities base on the bygone literatures to be gathered and analyzed. The qualitative situation of references to be cited is not only the objective basis for evaluating academic quality of ecology but also,which based on it,the true portrayal of quality of academic ecology. However, the complexity of references when cited and described,and the limitation of various evaluation indexes based on the citation and description of reference,make the reliability and reasonable degree of evaluation be limited and then be initiated. To change the situation is of difficulty,we standardize at present on citation ＆ description,review ＆ edit and qualitative evaluation, which the evaluation system based on the references to be accurately cited and scientific statistics is the basic requirements,and the fundamental way ＆ initial premise is that the research subject must has the fully consciousness of research in citation＇s rationality and validity.
