摘要
参考文献在科学研究活动中发挥着重要的作用 ,但往往被许多作者、编辑、读者忽视。本文阐述了参考文献的重要作用 ,分析参考文献引用、著录中出现的各种现象 。
Many contributors,editors and readers make light of references' important roles in scientific research communities.Some problems that existing in citing and describing refereneces are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
