耐镉微生物的筛选及其吸附能力研究 被引量:6

摘要 以桃园土壤为试验材料,从中筛选出3株分别耐0.5、40.0、60.0 mg/L镉的细菌Cd-R-1、Cd-R-2和Cd-R-3,并对其耐镉遗传稳定性、镉吸附能力、对种子发芽率的影响等方面进行研究。结果表明,所获得的3个菌株均具有稳定的耐镉特性;菌株Cd-R-1对镉吸附能力最强,吸附率达到76.6%,Cd-R-2、Cd-R-3则相对较弱,吸附率在20%~30%之间;3株细菌对花生、小麦和番茄种子的发芽率基本没有影响;Cd-R-1和Cd-R-2对玉米种子发芽有明显的促进作用,而Cd-R-3对其发芽率的影响不大;无论何种菌株,对豌豆种子的发芽率均有很强的抑制作用。 Three bacterial strains resistant to cadmium at 0.5mg/L,40mg/L and 60mg/L respectively were isolated,viz.Cd-R-1,Cd-R-2,and Cd-R-3 from peach orchard soil.Furthermore,the hereditary stability of cadmium resistance,cadmium adsorption capacity and the effects on seed germination of the three bacterial strains were investigated.The results showed that the three bacterial strains had stable heredity of cadmium resistance.The cadmium adsorption capacity of Cd-R-1 was the strongest as its adsorptive rate reached 76.6%;while the absorptive rates of Cd-R-2 and Cd-R-3 were relatively weak,ranged from 20% to 30%.The three bacterial strains had hardly any effects on germination rate of peanut,tomato and wheat seed;Cd-R-1 and Cd-R-2 significantly promoted the germination rate of maize seeds,while Cd-R-3 had few.In addition,the three bacterial strains had strong inhibitory effects on the germination of pea seeds.
