摘要
成人高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,成人高等教育的发展已基本与市场需求相匹配,但成人高校教职工的绩效考核却不能适应当前成人教育发展的需要。成人高校引入基于平衡记分卡的教职工绩效考核体系,有利于激励和调动教职工的积极性,达成学校的战略目标,实现学校的共同愿景。
Adult college education is an essentially constitutional part of China's higher education and its development has basically matched the market demand, but its staff's performance appraisal can not fulfill the need of current adult edueation development. The adult college's introducing the balanced scorecard-based performance appraisal system is of great help to motivate and mobilize the faculty's enthusiasm so as to realize the strategic objectives and the common vision of the college.
