摘要
为实现实验教学与科研工作的紧密结合,该教学设计采用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜在细胞原位检测核酸和绿色荧光蛋白,分析融合蛋白的亚细胞定位。通过2个经典的检测方案,使学生更好地理解和掌握激光扫描共聚焦显微镜的检测原理、操作步骤及结果分析方法。
The confocal laser scanning microscope is an important technique in biology.To combine the experimental teaching with scientific research tightly,an experiment was designed to detect nucleic acid and protein in situ by the confocal laser scanning microscope.Two classical detection protocols were employed,which provided the students with a better understanding and mastering of the detection principle,the operation procedure and the analysis method.
