摘要
本文研究了铁素体蠕墨铸铁的奥氏体化过程和板条马氏体基体的形成条件,以及介绍了有关机械性能和耐磨性的试验结果.研究表明,通过高温短时保温淬火,可以获得强韧性较好的板条状马氏体基体的蠕墨铸铁,从而使蠕铁的抗拉强度由353Mpa提高到708Mpa,耐磨性提高数倍、而优于常用的45钢(当HRC53).
The lath-martensite strengthening and the wear resistance of compacted/vermicular graphite iron, as well as the austenitization, the method forobtaining lath-martensite matrix and the mechanical and wear resistanceproperties of the iron strengthened were investigated in this paper. Thelath-martensite matrix was obtained by quenching after heating at hightemperature for a short time. It indicates that the tensile strength of thisiron was increased from 353 Mpa to 708 Mpa. The wear resistance of theiron strengthened was also increased by several and was better than thatof 45 steel (HRc53).
