15Ni马氏体时效工具钢的研究初探

摘要 马氏体时效钢是依靠马氏体强化和经时效在马氏体内析出金属间化合物的第二相强化而获得超高强度的钢。本文研究了15Ni马氏体时效工具钢的化学成分、经816℃×2h油冷的固溶处理以及480℃×2h时效处理后的显微组织和热处理硬度。对15Ni马氏体时效工具钢的合金化特点进行了初步的分析讨论。 Maraging steel is a kind of steel which obtain its super strength through martensite strengthening and second-phase strengthening, that is intermetallic compounds precipitated from interior of martensite during aging. In this paper, the chemical compositions, microstructure after oil cooling (480℃×2h) and aging treatment (480℃×2h) as well as heat treatment hardness of 15Ni maraging tool steel were researched. Alloying characteristics of the said tool steel were also analyzed tentatively.
