摘要
学术期刊的办刊特色与学术影响力是同一问题的两个方面,在逻辑上具有紧密的联系。文章以大学人文社科学报为视角,从期刊特色与学术影响力的内在逻辑关系,形成大学学报办刊特色的主要影响因素等方面展开讨论,并就大学学报特色及其建设、大学学报学术影响力的评价提高等问题从理论、实践两个方面提出了见解和建议。
Features and academic impact of academic journals are the two aspects of one problem. They are closely connected with each other logically. From the perspective of humanity and social science university journal, the article talks about the logical relations between features and academic impact and the main influencing factors of running the university journal, and gives ideas and suggestions on the features and its＇ construction and academic impact＇s improvement of university journals from theory and practice.
