摘要
以固定流化床研究了不同磷含量改性的ZSM 5分子筛对混合C4烯烃催化裂解性能的影响,并以适当磷含量的催化剂进行了工艺条件试验。试验表明,磷与ZSM 5分子筛骨架中的羟基发生了化学作用,改善了催化剂的催化性能及水热稳定性;高负荷、高水比及适当增加磷的负载量,可以抑制烯烃裂解的氢转移反应,有利于提高丙烯选择性。
The performance of ZSM-5 zeolite modified by different amount of phosphorus in catalytic cracking of mixed C^+_4 olefins were studied in a fixed-fluidized bed. ^(31)PMASNMR spectra of the modified zeolite showed that phosphorus reacted with the hydroxyls of the framework and thus improved catalytic properties and hydrothermal stability of the catalyst. Higher GHSV and steam partial pressure favors the selectivity to propylene by inhibiting the hydrogen transfer reaction during cracking of olefins.
