摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定苦参素软胶囊的溶出度。方法:采用《中国药典》2010年版附录ⅩC第二法,以稀盐酸溶液(9→1 000)为溶出介质,转速:50 r/min,测定波长:420 nm。结果:苦参素在1~9μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.9%(r=0.999 9),RSD=0.43%。结论:本方法操作简单、灵敏度高,辅料无干扰,符合相关要求,可用于该制剂的溶出度测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the Oxymarine Soft Capsules.Methods: The dissolution of Oxymarine Soft Capsules was determined by UV method,according to the second method of appendix ⅩC in Ch.P.2000 at the detection wavelength of 420 nm,under the rotation speed of 50 r/min and in the dissolution solution of hydrochloric acid(9→1 000).Results: The linear range of Oxymarine Soft Capsules together was from 1 to 9 μg/ml and the average recovery was 99.9%(r=0.999 9) with a RSD of 0.43%.Conclusion: The method is simple and sensitive,and has no interferer about the excipients.It can be used for the determination of the dissolution of Oxymarine Soft Capsules.
