摘要
目的将舌莲胃康处方药物制备成胶囊,并对该胶囊中总黄酮进行含量测定。方法把舌莲胃康处方药材经过提取纯化,然后经过适当处理制备成胶囊;以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在最佳测定波长506 nm下测定总黄酮的含量。结果所得胶囊平均重量为0.58 g,RSD=3.8%,装量均匀、差异小;芦丁的含量测定在20－120μg·mL-1范围内线性良好,Y=0.010 7X＋0.007 9（r=0.998 4,n=6）,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=2.4%。结论舌莲胃康胶囊制剂工艺稳定可靠;紫外分光光度法测定舌莲胃康胶囊总黄酮的含量方法简单快捷。
Objective To preparate shelianweikang capsules and determinate total flavonoids in the shelianweikang capsules.Methods Shelianweikang prescription drug was extracted by water and depurated by ethanol;then the concentrated liquor was processed appropriately,and prepared to capsules eventually.The capsules were determined with Rutin as reference substance by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 506 nm wave-length.Results The weight of each capsule was approximate 0.58 g and well-distributed.RSD = 3.8%,The linear range were 20~ 120 μg.mL-1for Rutin,Y = 0.0107 X ＋ 0.0079（ r = 0.9984,n = 6）.The average recovery were 99.8%,RSD was 2.4%（ n = 6）.Conclusion The procedure methods were stable and reliable for extraction and depuration to prepare shelianweikang capsules.Determination method by UV was simple and rapid for the total flavonoids of shelianweikang capsules.
