摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例,分为治疗组(中医手法结合超短波治疗组)60例,对照组(超声短波治疗组)60例。以症状体征分级量化评分、临床疗效评定和复发率为指标对两组进行对比分析。结果治疗组治疗前后患者的症状体征评分有较明显改善(P>0.05),治疗组的总有效率为91.7%,而对照组的总有效率为81.7%,两组间疗效比较有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能够有效改善膝骨性关节炎的症状体征,对膝骨性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effection of trick in the threatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 120 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into threatment group（60 cases） and control group（60 cases）. Compared the quzntization of symptom and sign, clinical effection, recurernee rate of the two groups. Results The quzntization of symptom and sign of the threatment group had a perceptible improvement（P 〈 0.05） ,the total effective rate of the threatment group was 91.7% , the control group was 81.7% ,the difference was significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The group of TCM combined with modern medicine can improve the symptom and sign of the knee osteoarthritis. It has better clinical effecition.
