原发性醛固酮增多症腺瘤的CT诊断并与肾上腺静脉取血比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过分析同时行肾上腺CT和双侧肾上腺静脉取血并最终取得手术病理结果的患者资料,进行CT和双侧肾上腺静脉取血对于原发性醛固酮腺瘤诊断准确性的方面比较。方法:回顾性分析有手术病理结果的同时行肾上腺CT扫描和肾上腺静脉取血19例患者资料。CT扫描使用64层螺旋CT机,部分患者并进行增强扫描,肾上腺静脉取血激素测定在一周内进行,并以手术病理结果为金标准,进行两者诊断敏感性及特异性的比较。结果:CT诊断醛固酮腺瘤的敏感度为100%,特异度为62.5%,肾上腺静脉取血的敏感度为90.9%,特异度为50%。结论:肾上腺静脉取血在诊断原发性醛固酮增多症腺瘤方面并不优于CT扫描,应在两者结果一致的情况下推荐行手术治疗。
