摘要
非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy,NAION)是一种由多种致病因素引起的眼部疾病,以视力突然无痛性下降、视盘水肿、特征性视野缺损为特点的常见视神经病变,在临床上尚无有效方法恢复NAION患眼视功n能和防止对侧眼的累及。随着玻璃体内药物注射技术在眼底病治疗领域逐渐广泛的应用,并获得良好的治疗效果,近年在国外相继出现有关在玻璃体内注射曲安耐德、贝伐单抗或促红细胞生成素治疗NAION的研究报道,取得了较好的治疗效果。本文针对这些研究做出综述,以期为进一步的治疗研究提供参考。
Nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy（NAION）is a common multifactorial disease characterized by sudden painless visual loss,optic edema and segmental loss in the visual field.Clinically there is still no effective therapy to recover the visual function and prevent the occurrence of the same disease in the contralateral eye.With the increasing usage and good outcome of intravitreal injection of medication in the treatment of many ocular fundus diseases,some foreign studies have been reported in recent years to treat NAION by intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide,bevacizumab or erythropoietin,and with good results.This article reviews these reports in order to provide information for the subsequent studies.
