颈脊髓损伤后低钠血症与早期死亡的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析研究颈脊髓损伤(CSCI)低钠血症的相关因素、发病机制及对早期死亡的影响。方法收集整理2005~2010年入院的131例CSCI患者的临床资料(早期死亡11例),分析CSCI后低钠血症与CSCI节段、损伤程度的关系及对早期死亡的影响。结果颈脊髓不同损伤程度、不同损伤节段低钠血症发病率的统计分析,相互之间差异有统计学意义(X2值分别为为10.036,19.885,P<0.001);是否存在低钠血症的CSCI患者早期死亡率经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(X2值为8.285,P<0.001)。结论 CSCI程度越重、损伤节段越高,低钠血症的发病率越高,低钠血症是CSCI早期死亡的危险因素。 Objective The research had been launched to analyze the correlated factors mechanism and the influence to the early death of the hyponatremia in cervical spinal cord injury(CSCI).Methods There were totally 131 CSCI cases which had been collected from May 2005 to 2010(early death 11 cases).The relationship among the hyponatremia and location of spine injury degree of the injury and the influence to the early death was analysed.Result The difference about the frequency of hyponatremia with distinct injury degree and location were statiscally significant(X2 is 15.933,23.443 separately,P0.001)meanwhile it was statistically significant about early death rate in CSCI with hyponatremia or not(X2 is 8.285,P0.001).Conclusions The frenquence of hyponatremia increase with the more serious injury and higher location,hyponatremia play a very important role in early death in CSCI.
