摘要
利用异小杆线虫的生殖特性,逐代进行自我交配,连续15代,通过测定后代各自交系在9℃低温和20℃常温下对黄粉虫幼虫的侵染力、对冷冻低温的抵抗力和寄主搜寻能力,选出1个具有与原亲本显著差异的新品系,该新品系在低温和常温下均具有对寄主较高的侵染力、对冷冻抗性增强以及较高的寄主搜索能力。
A inbred line, the species of Heterorhabditis bacteriophora, was established by means of self fertilization at each generation for 15 generations. The line with the beneficial traits of the high infectivity at lower (9 ℃ ) and constant temperature (20 ℃ ), and the cold tolerance as well as enhancing host-finding ability compared with the parent line, was a potential beneficial biological control agent to be used in enhancing field efficiency.
