筒坯端部条件对薄壁零件粘性介质外压缩径的影响 被引量:3

Influences of conditions at tube-blank end on viscous medium outer pressure necking of thin-wall parts

摘要 采用理论分析和有限元方法分析了筒坯端部条件对薄壁零件粘性介质缩径成形的影响,得到了筒坯端部约束和自由方式下的失稳压力及失稳起皱后形状变化与壁厚分布规律。研究结果表明:筒坯端部条件影响薄壁零件粘性介质外压缩径成形质量;约束筒坯端部限制材料流动,不仅可以提高筒坯失稳压力,还有利于筒坯起皱后的褶皱消除,提高极限缩径量。 Influences of the conditions at tube-blank end on viscous medium outer necking of thin-wall parts were analyzed by theoretical method and finite element method.Then the buckling pressure as well as the shape change of the tube-blank and the rule of its wall thickness distribution after wrinkling,under the condition of the end fixed and free were obtained.Results show that the end condition of tube-blank makes an impact on the forming quality of the viscous medium outer pressure necking of thin-wall parts.Restraining the end of the tube-blank and limiting the material flow can not only give rise to the buckling pressure,but also help to eliminate the wrinkles and increase the necking limit.
